Glam'Eyes Eye is RIMMEL LONDON's new 30 shade range of shadows launching this month. Inspired by London's fashion scene, Glam'Eyes silken powder formula is said to have a smooth application that blends easily, reproducing the saturated hue in the palette. Each shadow features make-up advice from Rimmel to help inspire make-up looks for day to night. The new Glam'Eyes range is presented in a graphic, glossy black packaging, while the eye shadows themselves are embossed with a quilted pattern and the signature Rimmel crown logo. The new Eye shadows are available as a Mono (£4.49), Trio (£6.49) or Quad (£6.99) and will be available from stockists from 24 February.

Topshop Make Up Causes A Sandstorm For Spring Summer '11

Topshop are set to launch their Spring/Summer collection this month, called Sandstorm. Sandstorm contrasts metallic finishes mixed with neons to create a versatile collection. The collection will include products for an overall look, with colours for the lips, face, eyes and nails. 

Sandstorm: Crayon, Lipstick, Gloss Stick and Liner

Standout products to look forward to include: Cheek Duo, £12.00, a versatile blusher and bronzer in a marbled dome for both highlighting and contouring; Metallic Mousse Eyeshadow, £8.00, a metallic finish mousse eyeshadow that is long-lasting and can sweep across eyelids for an iridescent sheen, or be built-up for a deep shade; the Eye Duo, £8.00, a volcanic duo that can double as a liquid liner if applied wet with a thin brush and is available in two shades. Sandstorm will also include Eye Crayon, Liner, Lipsticks, Gloss Stick, Nail Duo, and Nail Polishes and will be available at select Topshop stores from February, with the Eye Duo, Cheek Duo and Nail colours following in March. Prices range from £5.00 to £12.00.

R&B Singer Monica Signs Deal With Orly

 Monica: Her make up is always flawless - simply beautiful!

So I happened to wake up at an ungodly hour this morning and couldn't get back to sleep so I thought i'd log on to Twitter. Upon scrolling down the timeline, I came across a tweet from singer Monica which read "Thanks Team Monica 4 the support, just closed the deal for my nail polish line. It's an extension of Orly". The tweet was accompanied by the photo below of some dark hued nail polishes and nail products.Whether these are the said polishes hasn't been confirmed.

Monica also Tweeted that she would be naming one of the polishes after one of her adoring fans, so watch this space for more deatils as they unfold!

If that face of yours is in need of  a little pick me up, look no further! L'Occitane recently launched the Ultra Rich Face Scrub with Shea Butter and i'm telling youuuu it is D-----vine!! The scrub has been specially formulated for those with dry skin in mind, however I have combo/oily skin and haven't found using it a problem. It has a creamy texture with tiny grains of grounded nutshells that when massaged on to dry or damp skin, gently sloths off that blah looking reflection of yourself and reveals a bright luminous face and skin soft to the touch! I will  definitely be purchasing this once i'm done with my free samples! *hehe*

So last week whilst I was browsing the cosmetics aisle in Superdrugs [as ya do], I came across the display for Molten Metal. Now this was meant to have launched on the 5th of January, however on the 11th [the day I was in store] the actual product had yet to arrive *side eye*. What was present were the testers though, so I had a play with those and snapped a swatch [when I got home] of them for you all to see!

Top-Bottom: Gold and Pewter

They were indeed quite pigmented as stated by Sleek and very smooth in texture. They reminded me of my beloved Iman Luxury Face Palette: Suede that I used to have. Whether Molten Metal's would make a nice base for eyeshadows remains to be seen [I assume so] mind you, I only swatched on the back of my hand and it did stay put for a while. 

With similar products available on the beauty market at a far heftier price, I do believe that these would have flown off the shelves in record time had Sleek released these precious metals during the holiday season. However if you are girl who loves to shimmer all year round, do not miss out on this product!!

Oh my goodness!!! My fellow MAC addicts over at Specktra, know that I have been absolutely excited and obssessing over the MAC Wonder Woman collection ever since Summer 2010 when news first broke about the MAC and DC collaboration.
